For more than a decade, Jacob Herskovits has built his career on one core principle: showing up for people. Known for his honesty, relentless work ethic, and ability to make complex projects feel simple, Jacob has become a trusted partner to top designers, hoteliers, and hospitality leaders. He built his reputation the old-fashioned way — by consistently earning trust, delivering more than expected, and never stopping until the job is done right.
At Twillory Uniforms, Jacob brings that same personal commitment to the people who represent the brand every day. He believes uniforms should elevate confidence, support the wearer, and quietly express the story and luxury of the brand. His approach blends precision, empathy, and a deep respect for hospitality — because the guest’s first impression always starts with the team.

Design & Production Manager
Pablo Reyes brings 15+ years of hands-on production and design expertise to Twillory Uniforms, leading end-to-end development of high-quality, innovative uniform solutions. Known for his strategic thinking and operational precision, he optimizes workflows, guides design strategy, and ensures every garment reflects both functionality and brand story.
A collaborative leader, Pablo works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and creative solutions. His focus on process improvement, seamless execution, and operational excellence ensures Twillory teams can produce uniforms that look great, feel comfortable, and elevate the brand experience.
Kevin Goldschmidt
SVP of Sales
Kevin brings a grounded, people-first approach to Twillory Uniforms. Before joining the team, he spent five years building high-end spec homes in Dallas, where he learned firsthand how thoughtful design, good materials, and small details shape an entire experience. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a teacher — something that continues to influence the way he listens, communicates, and supports the people he works with.
Today, Kevin focuses on understanding the real daily needs of hotel and hospitality teams and helping properties roll out uniforms that actually make their staff feel better from the first shift. His mission is simple: solve real problems, keep things practical, and create uniforms that elevate both comfort and presentation.
Kevin is proud to continue his family’s long-standing connection to the garment world — a tradition that began with his grandfather and continues through the Twillory brand today.
Originally from Buenos Aires and raised in New York, he now lives in Dallas with his wife and five kids. When he’s not visiting hotel teams or testing new fabrics, you’ll usually find him with family or on the tennis court trying to perfect his forehand.
